BioActive Ubiquinol contains 30 mg reduced coenzyme Q10 and vitamin C, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to a normal energy metabolism. Unlike normal Q10 that has a characteristic yellow color, ubiqinol is almost white. A good way to test an ubiquinol preparation is to pierce the capsule, squeeze out the content and make sure that it is actually white. Reduced Q10 (ubiquinol) is white. If it is yellow, it is not ubiqinol.
